Looking for my cards
So I submitted some cards to be graded and didn't see that PSA received them, so I called to reassure that they actually received them. FedEx showed that they were delivered, but PSA hasn't scanned them in yet, so there lied the confusion. But they stated, being PSA, that they have received them.

I sent 4 postcards to PSA DNA. They were just returned.
I was charged $100 to get Mickey Mantle authenticated, which was OK, but the 2 cards that were authenticated did not get put in a holder. What kind of service is that for all the money I spent? They did not even authenticate my Richie Ashburn plaque, which I got in person at a show while he was in Toledo.
I did not even know the cards were being returned. How bad does it get with your company?

This time was a five star. The reason I gave it to three is because all the other times the company charges more they take longer to get the cards back, which I don't love and a lot of times it's impossible to get somebody on the phone to handle the problem howeverthis time was actually very easy. Got someone on the phone immediately he was very polite and courteous I was able to help me in a matter of minutes so hopefully This is a sign of new things to come.

Fraudulent sales being made under psa’s name.
I bought an item off of eBay that I believe to be fraudulent. It has a PSA cert and sticker, but it is not genuine according to others.
I believe there are people out there copying your guys' stickers and COA cards and selling them as genuine. I am looking for an LOA of my items from your site or a photo match of them.

I wish I could give them no stars as I sent a home run ball passed down from my grandpa, which heard stories from others confirming how he waited to get signed with pictures. They never responded when I asked how to get the exact ball authenticated, including showing it as a home run.
I only received automated responses through email.
They contacted me after they decided not to even authenticate the signature, stating it looks like a replica, and asked what I thought the value would be, and then charged me $300 after they decided not to authenticate it because I thought the value should be high. The company seems shady, so do not use.

Verified ReviewerThe reason for my review is I have filed a complaint with the better Business bureau and the Federal trade commission for sending me back cards that have been scratched up that I have pictures of and
I have pictures of the cards I submitted along with the company that submitted them for me, and three of the cards are not what I got back. I have proof of them through pictures, not just mine, but the card company that helped me submit them.

Here's my story and it's 100% the truth so help me God...
I've bought and sold on eBay for many years. Always bought a variety of things including autographs.
I found this seller that only sold autographs he had 325 listed at the time. This guy had spotless feedback and never for one moment had an issue with him, at all. So he had a cut autograph of Marlon Brando on auction. In which I ended up getting for a good price.
Now it came out of a scrapbook from an MGM employee for 30+ years. Many others listed at the same time. I decided to realist it as a buy it now and sell it and I did. Keep in mind this autograph was good as gold.
Other sellers sent them in to PSA and JSA they came back just fine. My buyer sent the Marlon Brando to PSA it came back " MOST LIKELY A FAKE" Just like that I got a negative feedback on eBay. Fact is I don't blame my buyer because you turn it around paying $200 to PSA I myself would have been upset. Now I didn't even wait for the autograph to get back to me.
I refunded his money right away. NOW here's what I know...this authenticator should be fired...first two words *Most likely* unsure? second two words *s Fake* their authenticators are trained not to use the word fake? I talked to someone from PSA I told customer service this is above your pay scale.
I need management in which he replied their busy I will tell them to call you. That never happened. Also ebay told my buyer don't send the autograph back to me.
They didn't want it on the market again? Both PSA and eBay were 100% WRONG!!!

Awful Service
I sent in 17 cards that I had autographed in person at various comic-cons over the past few years. They are all 100% authentic.
However, all 17 came back with questionable authenticity, with no explanation as to why. To make matters worse, it took 3 months to receive these negative results. Do not waste your time or hard-earned money on this sham of a company.
Use JSA, Beckett, CGC, or CBCS. I will never use or recommend this company ever again.
